in enabling our clients to control workers' compensation cost and improve productivity.
Job
Description:
40% of Time - Leads the Management Action Plan (MAP) procedure
and participates in gathering information from clients to complete the MAP document.
Creates initial drafts of presentations for all clients, including but not limited
to, the MAP and client reports required by contract.
30% of Time - Manages
all communication to and from clients. Obtains a thorough knowledge of the clients
business through data analysis and assists in establishing goals and quantifiable
outcomes. Reviews and communicates results from client management reports internally
and externally. Identifies and communicates trends needing to be addressed in
order to achieve mutual goals internally and externally.
20% of Time - Develops
the strategic case management strategy for the clients entire book of business.
Develops internal operational strategies based on customer needs. Revises monthly
or quarterly to achieve specific outcomes. Provides meaningful teaching and coaching
on a regular basis to develop Level IV Injury Manager in the GuilfordPare methodology
on specific cases and on lessons learned from closed or successfully contained
cases.
10% of Time - Instructs all team members in the GuilfordPare methodology
and manages its consistent application to new and existing clients in order to
achieve client goals.
