Later at J & H Marsh & McLennan — Boston, MA, he specialized in coverage advocacy and claims cost control for Financial Institutions, Universities, Health Care Facilities, Manufacturing Companies. Pharmaceuticals and Government Agencies and participated in establishing Claims Management Best Practices for the New England Partnership.
