Ms. Warner brings over 20 years of workers’ compensation/disability claim management experience to Guilford as a key player for employer, insurer and reinsurance clients. As the Sr. Vice President for Injury Management for Guilford, she manages the performance and customer satisfaction associated with the injury management teams. Colleen’s responsible for developing communication patterns and management structures that lead to cost effective outcomes. She establishes clear objective outcomes measures for Guilford projects and documents protocol for appropriate data collection and reporting.

Ms. Warner supervises the disability management and managed care aspects of Guilford’s injury management system. She assists employers in the professional assessment of medical, psychological, social and economic needs of their employees. She maintains Guilford’s unique fully integrated employee benefits model. Ms. Warner also works with employers to understand the need for integration of employee benefits. She assists employers in the customization of their integration process to meet the needs of their specific populations.

Prior to joining Guilford, Ms. Warner spent eleven years with the St. Paul Companies in Baltimore. She led the integration and reorganization efforts of the workers’ compensation claim organization for the St. Paul following the merger with USF&G. In addition, Ms. Warner created a team-based consulting group serving internal and external business partners for all lines of commercial and personal insurance.

She spent several years in National and Regional Management positions specializing in workers’ compensation and disability management issues; integrating claim, underwriting and loss control services for the benefit of the client.

Ms. Warner holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland in College Park.
