Baldwin brings more than 22 years of financial services experience to GuilfordPare.
He serves as chief financial officer, responsible for managing all financial,
administrative and technology functions of the company. Mr. Baldwin is also a
key player in setting and tracking financial benchmarks for GuilfordPare's customers.
Measuring improved profitability and the reduction of costs and liability are

has extensive financial experience in the property & casualty industry, having
served in senior financial positions at both the corporate and business unit levels.
He also served insurance clients as an auditor and tax advisor at Ernst &
Young. Prior to joining GuilfordPare, Mr. Baldwin was the chief financial
officer at Direct Response Corporation located in White Plains, N.Y., where
he was instrumental in establishing the financial organization and raising capital
for this start-up personal auto carrier. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Baldwin
worked for the Zurich Insurance Group as the vice president and treasurer of Zurich's
Maryland Casualty Company, with overall responsibilities for cash management,
treasury, tax and administrative services. He then served as the chief financial
officer of USF&G's Commercial Insurance division and Field Operations Department.
Activities In addition to serving on the board of directors of Concert
Artists of Baltimore, Mr. Baldwin has also held board positions at various education
