Ms. Edris brings over 7 years of experience in Information Technology to GuilfordPare, 3 of those years in the property and liability insurance field. As the LAN Administrator, she manages the day-to-day operations of the computer network in addition to directing projects for the enhancement and advancement of Guilford’s state of the art network. Since joining the Guilford team, Ms. Edris has enabled Guilford to maintain excellent customer service by upgrading the network to a 100MB Ethernet network and providing high speed access to the Internet. Ms. Edris has also provided the team with Microsoft’s Dynamic Exchange 2000 mail server eliminating the need for mailbox sharing among team members.

Prior to joining Guilford, Ms. Edris worked as an IT Team Leader for the Amerix Corporation, a large service provider of debt management. There, she served as a leader to a group of PC Technicians and Network Administrators. Prior to Amerix, Ms. Edris worked a desktop technician for the St. Paul Companies in Baltimore learning all aspects of hardware and software troubleshooting. Ms. Edris’s wide range of experience includes everything from building Microsoft’s BackOffice family of servers to technical writing.

Ms. Edris holds a BS degree from Towson University and a Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University.
